Minimum stay lengths

Long Weekends	3 nights minimum stay
School Holidays	3 nights minimum stay
Easter	4 nights minimum stay
Christmas and New Year	7 nights minimum stay
All other times	2 nights minimum stay

Payment

We require payment in full upon booking. We accept Cash (no fee) , Visa and MasterCard(2% processing fee) or EFT. Cash or EFT (no Fees) accepted upon request. If paying Cash please notify us at booking or well in advance of arrival. A credit card number is required for security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made days prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 42 days prior to arrival are liable for the full price of booking. Refunds are only able to be made if we are able to rebook the reserved dates less a $50 administration fee. If you have booked on a 3rd party booking site you are bound by their terms and conditions and you should contact them directly regarding any changes.

Change of date

We will accommodate a change of date if possible but changes less than 30 days from arrival will be considered a cancellation unless we are able to rebook your reserved dates. In this case our cancellation policy applies.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is from 2pm
There is no office on site and we recommend printing your emailed directions and access code prior to your stay. Please contact us 24 hrs prior to arrival for access code.

Checkout is by 10am
We reserve the right to charge a late checkout fee if apartment is not vacated by 10am.
Apartment should be left clean and tidy and dishes done prior to departure. Additional cleaning and damages will be automatically debited from your nominated credit card.

Pets

Apartment 1 is the only authorised pet friendly villa by prior arrangement. Pets are not allowed in other apartments.
